Prairie Point borders - corners?

All the tutorials I have seen show the two blocks at the corners butted right against each other.
[ATTACH=CONFIG]536527[/ATTACH] My problem is that after you sew the points on and turn the points to the back, you will have 8 layers of fabric from the points, plus 2 more layers from the backing/border fabric that cross over at the corner on the back! Is there a way not to have the 10 layers crossing at the back?:( Thanks for any help! |
I think you are doing it the way I did it a couple of decades ago.
