Contact your local Police Department first of all. Or check with your local Health Department or United Way. United Way sometimes funds these places. Or ask a hospital volunteer. When I was at our local hospital for years, I had a lot of strange requests and did my best to find the answers. |

This past christmas I donated several blankets to the NICU and pediatrics ward. The grateful reception of the nurses gave me the warmest feeling and I left with tears in my eyes. I felt so Blessed to be able to do this. I will definately make more! :)

I have done like this for Danny Thomas Hospital in Memphis, Tn and also bought footies and sent them too..
