Where can I find the pic posted yesterday of a scrappy quilt, using all diff colored blocks? Would like to look at it again.Looks like a whole lot of seams to match. Anyone?

do you remember which topic it was posted under? "main" or
"pictures"?

what did the blocks look like?

next time you find something you like.. "book mark it" i do it all the time now!

Don't know why I forgot to save it.Maybe my puter was screaming "no more, no more" Poor thing, so overlaoded.
Think the quilt was in pics. Each square was cut on diag, then each half sewn to a thin strip, squared to...maybe 5".

Very pretty & all diff fabric/colors.

is it this one made with the twister ruler?

plainpat 11-14-2010 05:32 AM

No....it just used a regular 6 1/2" sq ruler for squaring up....to I think a 5" block.

Was it done using the tube quilting method. Something like this one?

No...it was just blocks sewn together, not tube quilting.

Maybe it is the Scrappity Do-Dah -- Made of feedsacks. I think it was posted under feedsack quilt.

If you look at the very bottom of this page is has listed "Main, Pictures, BOM, Intro etc." click the pictures and look for yesterdays date and you might be able to find it. Or if you posted something it would be under "My Posts". Look for yesterday.

You are welcome, I love that quilt and plan on making one using scraps. It looks difficult but is really not.

plainpat 11-14-2010 09:38 AM

I also want to make it. No feed sacks here, but tons of scraps.
