My granddaughter loves fairies. I bought some printable fabric and printable freezer paper. I'm not sure which to use to put the beautifully colored pictures on the quilt then use sparkley embroidery floss to enhance the wings, stars, etc. help please

What exactly is the printable freezer paper. I've been using just regular freezer paper and it will go through my printer. Did you get it at a quilt store?

Are you wanting to print the fairies from the computer onto fabric?

It is probably June Tailor Ink Jet Printable Freezer Paper. Which is really just normal freezer paper cut down to 8.5x11 inch size so it fits in the printer without having to cut it.

SO...Since you have the printable fabric I would print the fabric.

To use the freezer paper for pictures you have to use a liquid like bubblejet set on fabric and then iron the fabric onto the freezer paper then print it!

It is the June Tailor Ink Jet Printable Freezer Paper. I picked this up first simply because I don't know what I'm doing then, I seen the printable paper.

Yes. That is what I've done on a couple sheets (printed the fairies) and wanted to 'spruce' them up with embroidery. However, do I embroider before ironing on the quilt or after -- This fabric is very stiff.

Is it printable iron on fabric sheets or printable sew on fabric sheets?

So the fabric has a fusible on one side?

Yes it does. It's actually in line with those blue jean patches everyone used to use.
