Blocks are all cut, love how the die for the Go cuts the fringe. I have been doing a few each night and sewing the batting in the middle...tomorrow I am hoping to finish. This will be for my house for the playpen of my future GD. Few more months ; )

Is that Minkie? If so, it will be soooo soft. I love the various pink colors, they are my favorites.

Kitty says, "Where's mine?"

Yup that is Minkie. I was surprised on how much it costs. Joannes had a sale a few weeks ago for half price, which was still 8.99 a yard. I used the same fabric/color on both sides that way I do not even have to think of the back side when sewing or designing. I am liking rag quilts for an in between project. They are quick and easy. I have to finish my son's Dr. Suess quilt, hopefully this weekend. Than I am thinking of trying to make a King size rag quilt. 12 inch blocks, I think that would be easier than FMQ'ing one. I also could FMQ each block instead of an X in each block. hmmm....

Very pretty colors. Isn't it funny how our animals have to be in our pictures? I've noticed so many dogs and cats in all the pictures of quilts. They have to be the center of attention. So funny they are!!! Cute cat, BTW!!

I thought rag quilts were not recommended for children under three years old for safety (chewing, swallowing) reasons?

love the colors
