Professional tote question
 

I am making the professional tote and I am stuck on direction #5 sewing the side seams and bottom seam. When I mark the dot 3" from bottom the side panel is longer than the main bag section???? What am I not reading correctly?

Re-read it.mthat is correct if I recall. She mentions it .

Do you have the front and back sections in the right orientation? Check page 6. Should be turned so top to bottom is 18". My guess is that you have it sideways
