Proud to be a Quilter
 

I belong to a guild here in NC. One of the organizations that we make quilts for is Habitat for Humanity. When a family gets their new home, they have an option to pick either a quilt made by members of our guild or a piece of artwork for their new home from another organization. This family chose a quilt and tonight, I got to be the representative for our guild at a home dedication, my first one. It was exciting for me to present a beautiful quilt to this family for their new home and to see their faces just reminded me why I LOVE doing this!!!! Just wanted to share with those I knew would understand!!
