Does anyone subscribe to this network? If so, is it worth the subscription price?

Sadiemae 08-22-2010 12:25 PM

I do because I want to see Quilt it! The Longarm Show!

I dropped it when my subscription ran out, I could get the same information here, youtube, and other online sources :D:D:D

I'm not renewing this year. This board has more information than I can absorb on any given day.

craftybear 08-22-2010 01:25 PM

no, don't subscribe to it

I'd like to know this too! I'm sure there must be some fans of it out there!

I've never heard of it.

Information I found:

If you join Quilter's Club of America for $39.95 you get a membership to Quilter's Club of America, QNN, and a subscription for Easy Quilts. I like this magazine and I watch the Longarm Quilting show in order to learn as much as I can.

I joined Quilter's Club of America but when my subscription ran out I did not renew. I just didn't watch the shows, I don't use a longarm. I had access to some free quilt patterns but you can get them elsewhere. I did enjoy the Easy Quilts magazine. Also the coupons they sent were of no use to me either. It just wasn't worth the money.

I had the subscription for 2 years. I didn't watch the tutes. For me it was a waste of money. I think there is more info here, you can get questions answered and compliments on your finished quilts for free.

I belong to Simply Quilts, but will not renew. Do not get the type of quilting info expected. Don't care for piano playing either. The old tv Simply Quilts was much better.

I joined QCA recently but found I get more info and enjoyment from this board, Youtube, and Missouri Star Quilt co. videos. I won't renew QCA, but will renew AQS.

karley 08-22-2010 08:38 PM

Hi Joeysanna, Would you please tell me how to go to AQS.

Used to, but not now.

I have joined it and I do like the videos. I have watched them. However I will say that there are so many on YouTube now that sometimes I am not quite sure that it is worth it. I really like the magazine though.

I did join at Allpeoplequilt.com. I use their coupons more.

JMHO.

Thank you all for your opinions. Think I will wait on it for now.

I didn't know you could get coupons from Allpeoplequilt.com. Where are they on the site?
