A Question About Hancock's of Paducah
 
I have been in their site looking several times. The first few times it said that shipping is free for orders that go over $35.00. Now it does not say that. Do they just have this at certain times?

I think they just offer it at certain times. However, Fabric.com has it all the time and they have great fabrics too! (No vested interest in Fabric.com, just a satisfied customer for many years...)

I sometimes get the free shipping code when I sign in to their website but not always.
