A question about my new Juki

The even feed foot on my Juki 2010Q doesn't have a place to insert a guide for straight line quilting. Are guides available, or do I need to mark each line on my quilt? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can use the blue painters tape to mark your lines (it can be reused). Just lift and reposition when you have sewn the line.

My Brother PQ1500s (Juki clone) has the same issue. I have no earthly idea why a manufacturer would make a walking foot without a guide. There used to be an add-on guide holder that glued to the back of a walking foot, but I haven't been able to find one. I've even thought of gluing a straw on mine to see if I could juryrig a holder. It's frustrating.

I hadn't thought of a straw. I saw somewhere that you could unbend, reshape, and tape on a jumbo sized paperclip. I was just hoping that there was something I was missing in reading the manual!
