No, not upsetting. The sender was very nice but after I replied I noticed that she had just joined and hadn't posted any messages on the forum. It seems strange. I didn't give her any personal info. Can you read the board without being a member?

She was asking about the quilt pattern in my avatar. And she said she reads the board but never joins in. She was very nice. But after I replied I noticed that she had just joined and had not posted any messages. I guess I'm just suspicious because of the recent troll activity.

Cissy....you can read the board without joining, but you cannot post replies, threads or send pm's without first joining. She must have really liked your avatar!! Which is cool, you may have just welcomed another fantastic quilter to the family here!! Good on ya!! :)
