I subscribe to two that I have been getting for awhile because they have patterns I would do. I let 3 others go because their patterns seemed to be too complicated or where a style I wouldn't do.

I get several, but all of them have far more technique and trend info than pattern info. I pull out past issues several times a week for reference or just to get a jolt of inspiration. I don't use patterns so I don't bother with pattern heavy magazines.

I had subscribed to several.....but now......I'm totally sold on the Jenny Doan's "quilt-azine". It is a great one that has such good tutorials, as well as related online tutorials. Love it, love it, love it!

I am more fond of getting books or buying specific patterns. I do have about 15 actual magazines that I have stored in a binder with pages marked. I have made some of the quilts and will make more. However, I frequently find myself looking through the books I have time and time again.

I subscribe to 3 magazines, Fons and Porter, McCalls Quilting, and AQS. I save my magazines and go through them many times. They provide many hours of reading and provide learning for new processes. I would rather read an actual magazine than look at in online.

I subscribe to Fons and Porter and Quilter, plus receive AQS. Our local library doesn't have quilting magazines. I used to go to Borders and browse, and buy the ones I wanted, but they went out of business, and the closest Barnes and Noble is 20 miles away and too small to have much of anything. There is a Books a Million closer, but it's too far to walk from the parking lot, and the magazines are way in the back of the huge store.

To everyone who shared their thoughts with me - Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will subscribe to one or two then share with my quilting guild. I appreciate all your thoughts.

Ditto for me!

I have numerous subscriptions to magazine both print AND digital.
However as they come up for renewal I am not going to renew them
unless they come in digital format.
