Our church ladies ministry is donating a quilt to be put in a silent auction. The finished size is appro. 78" X 78". It is a square trip Around the World. Can anyone tell me what this would classify as...large full, small queen...queen?

Actually, it's wide enough for a full, but not long enough. If put on a full size bed, it wouldn't come up to the top of the mattress. Might come to the pillows!

There's no standard sizes anymore .... you could even use it on top of a queen bed as a quilt ... not as the bed spread.

Just give the measurements, and let those bidding, make up their own minds as to what they want to do with it. Don't commit yourself to full/queen etc ...... or you'll set yourself up for someone arguing about it! :)
