Has anyone ever ordered batting or other supplies from Harriet Hargrave's website? Her prices seem very reasonable, but I'm wondering how long my order would take to arrive.

I also wondered if anyone's seen or read her new book: "Quilter's Academy Vol. 1--Freshman Year: A Skill-Building Course in Quiltmaking"? It's brand new, just published the end of October. It's by Harriet and her daughter and is the first volume of a set of six. According to the editorial description, this first book is to be used as a workbook and is intended to set the foundation to learn the basics of quilt making. This book and the next (which isn't published yet) show how to make quilts from squares and strips, then future books in the series go on to more complex quilts. Obviously this set is intended for the novice quilter. I like Harriet's other books and I'm curious about this one. None of the libraries in our library consortium have it yet. There's one review on Amazon that says it's excellent. I just wondered if anyone else has seen it.
