Thank you all..I went and looked at the sites close to me, thank you so much for the link :-) ..I do not mind ordering online, its just that for some reason, I have this need to touch and feel fabric before I buy it..Guess, I am going to have to over come that feeling ;) .

I too prefer to touch the fabric, and you can't get the true look of it over the internet. With Moda though, you could always purchase an inexpensive charm packet first if you were thinking of making a large quilt out of that line. That way you will have the whole collection right there in front of you to touch and make your selections. Then while you are waiting for your fabric to arrive after ordering it, do something creative with your charm packet!

Here are a lot of Moda fabrics. Only heard positive reactions about the store ( a lot of Dutch quilters order here because the owner speaks and writes Dutch)

We carry Moda in our online store, and if you need basics, we have the Moda Marbles priced at $6.96 - $7.40 / yard.

if you sign up and participate (actually you do not have to participate) with the fabshophop.com you will find a list of more than 150 quilt shops----
many of them carry moda fabrics.
you can also go to the moda web site- there is a link to click to find retailers that carry their fabrics---another large list.

I haven't bought anything from them yet, but I have friends who do. You can sign up for their newsletter and Deal of the Day. And check out their YouTube tutorials.

The nice thing about ordering known lines (Moda, RJR, etc.) is that the feel of the fabric is pretty much the same. I like to see the fabrics, as colors vary from computer to computer, though it is getting better.
