How do topics get to the front page. I'll be reading along and soon have a topic, say on page 2, that I have already read. I just read one from 2008. It seems that the ones that I haven't read are in blue letters and turn black after I open them. I find myself answering something that is very old.

I use Unread topics and then it is just the most recent topics.

Whenever anyone makes a comment/reply on a topic, it goes to the top of page one.

So yes, old topics will find their way back to page one. You can look to see when it was originally written and then decide if you want to open it or reply :D:D:D

This will work if you have at some point clicked on "mark all as read." Then the only topics that will appear are from that point to right now :D:D:D
