Quick points scallop ruler?
 

Can anyone share their experience with this ruler? I think the resulting double scalloped border is adorable. I watched a YouTube video, and it looks easy....

Might be useful - how wide are the scallops? Deep is 1.5" I see but I need 4 1/2" wide.

Kitsie, I believe there are larger sizes available....

I like the Eleanor Burns ruler or the June Tailor Wave Edge ruler which I used to mark a scallop design in a border on one quilt.
I've not tried double scallops but they sound great.
