We should all make up a quilt called "Bucket Quilt" that would encompass all the things we would like to make.

Edie

That is a great idea--one block for each quilt we want to make. Mine would be huge

None of them gave me any idea of the quilts that they wanted, just send me a box full of his shirts...I am almost paralyzed by the thought that the quilts won't be what the family wants....The other is an awesome SunBonnet Sue, with blocks made by a dear friends Grandmother back in the 50's. I'm not worried about that one, but can't start it until I get the others done. After that I will start on my REAL bucket list, which includes queen size quilts for each season for our bed.

Could you send them some pics of different quilts that might work with the shirts to help them narrow it down. I would be paralyzed by the thought also if I didn't have a little direction or idea of what they might like or dislike.

wsbquilter 09-25-2011 07:43 PM
