I don't know about removing chocolate...don't use hot water as it has oil in it??? don't listen to the mouse...she is no stain expert.
I have had some awesome results with grease stains and Dawn, though...hmm, oil in chocolate...duh, maybe Dawn and hot water would work!!! I'll be checking to see what did it for you! :D

I had that same problem when my baby was really tiny - eating chocolate while breastfeeding her, only to find chocolate stains all over her clothes a little later!

I must confess, I just left the clothes stained... And started to dress her in darker colors. Pretty sure I wouldn't do that with a quilt, though!

I have had a lot of luck with the OXYCLEAN, comes in a pump spray bottle, pre treat. Has removed old ink, blood, berry juice. Spray and use a toothbrush to scrub, spray again if necessary. From now on, melt your chocolate and put it in one of them hard hats that have tubes running down to mouth. Lot less messy.

try Stain Devil, I bought some at Hannaford grocery store in the laundry aisle, they have a bunch of different ones for different stains.

Try any cleaner for laundry with OXY in the name...and let sit before you try to clean it, at least 5 minutes. Should work wonders!

The tide pen should do the trick.

LOL...my boston terrier's probably would have taken care of it before I even noticed it! Hope you get it taken care of.

My chocoholic sister!!! If you notice the chocolate right away, put it under cold running water and gently scratch with your fingernail. I find this works well on small spots on my white-ish fabric. If this doesn't work, try one of the suggestions already made. It's important to work on the marks ASAP. Good luck!!! Kisses, truffles, M&Ms, dark chocolate bars, etc., they're all delicious!
