I inclued two pictures so you can get an idea of the tossed effect. I really like this fabric and want to make a simple smallish quilt probably 30” x 40” or so highlighting the Santas and not detracting from the cuteness. The santa heads are approximately 2” x 3” and am looking for ideas. I thought of a simple frame but that seemed like it would overwhelm the print. Should I do stars with santa head centers in a softer green or add various reds...what do you think will look good.

Thank you for any help.

Ohio Stars in red would look nice with Santa in the center squares. The trick would finding a cream or off white fabric to kind of match the Santa background for the other light pieces in the block.

Can't answer your question. Just know these Santa's are very cute.

Those are adorable! I'm not a quilter but think some loops would be fun.

A warm wishes quilt would be cute with this fabric.
I had a couple fabrics I wanted to preserve most of the large scale fabric and I did this with it. Turned out cute.

Here is one of them with a warm wishes and another I snowballed the block and just set with nine patches.
