Dose anyone know of a free online quilt design program? I was ask to do a quilt for a raffle and wanted to see what the quilt will look like before I start my cutting....thanks ......

There are several out there. Just google "free quilt design online". I tried a couple before I got EQ7. the ones I tried used a pre designed set of blocks, so as long as you are making a quilt from one of those, you can drop your colors in and get a general idea of what it will look like.

I have own EQ since 1995 and I have gotten my money's worth. It also makes it so easy to resize. Good Luck. I don't know where any free programs are. JAF use to sell the cheaper version of EQ called Quilt Design Wizard under $25.

...or there's the old fashioned graft paper and colored pencils

If you post the block with the colors you want and the size, I bet some of our EQ experts can help you.
