Quilt frame
 

A friend gave me his grandma's quilt frame and I need help figuring out how to use it. I usually quilt by machine, so this is all new to me. Help, please!

This is a hand quilting frame? There are different types. If you can post a photo, that would help.

yes a photo would help. i have a Q Snap pvc pipe like frame and then i have a kit for Hinterberg frame my hubby never did put together for me. sigh. I've never had a wooden quilting frame.
