I looked up baby poems online and maybe you could change the words a bit like I did (and there are a ton of poems out there):

The 100th angel from Heaven
who'd been waiting for birth,
is excited to be joining
His (or her) family on Earth....
Welcome, Johnny or Jennie Jones!
