Is there someone in here who has a business of making quilts for others?

I have a longarm quilting service and someone is always asking me if I make quilts for others.

Sure would appreciate some input.

Thanks

i only sell the ones that i already have done if someone shows interest in them but if you think you could do it hey go for it could be a nice work from home job at something you enjoy to make some extra cash just dont get burned out on it

good luck on what you decide to do

I'm currently trying to get a similar type business off the ground..I'm currently working on a project for an interested party..I'm specializing in "team" quilts for babies and kids..But am willing to do larger quilts if requested..I also offer team blankets, crocheted beanies, travel blankets, and shirts..It's hard getting something like this started..lol

I have made quilts to sell. Some I sell, some I just give away.

Yes Longarm,
I do sew quilts for the public as well as monogram special notations in the corner before they are quilted. Fell free to contact me.

I've seen some pretty nice quilt tops on ebay that sell very reasonable...check out the feedback on the seller to be sure they do a good job. It could be worth it to buy some of those tops, use your long arm machine to quilt them and then resell the completed quilt. I wouldn't sell one of my tops as cheap as some of the tops go for....way too much work and time invested plus the cost of the fabric. It's hard for me to part with any of my "babies" unless I know it's going to someone who will appreciate and care for it.
