Quilted Twins
 

I’m wondering if anyone has recently ordered from Quilted Twins. I placed an order with them and they aren’t answering their phone. Message says mailbox is full. Please share your experience with them.

It is a holiday weekend, and their store in Florida is closed today, so it's not surprising they aren't answering the phone. I would try again on Monday, or maybe Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday). I haven't ordered from them recently, but have in the past with no problems.

I've ordered from them several times with no problems. One order was taking an unusually long time, and I had no response to email inquiries, but then tried by phone and had a pleasant phone conversation. The problem was a PayPal glitch of some kind; fortunately they still had the item in stock and I received it quickly after the phone call.

Love their emails and cool collections they post daily. No problem with orders, I email if i have a question which is always answered quickly. They always post when they are open or closed via email.

I've ordered from them many times and always been pleased. The order is always right, and timely, too.

I have also ordered fro them many times. Order 1 day & it's in my mailbox 3 days later. Never a problem. QIAD takes longer.
As mentioned earlier, it's a long holiday weekend so orders will take longer.

On Friday they posted the days they would be closed for the holiday. I deleted the email so I can't forward it to you.

I've ordered from them several times and have gotten great service. Delivery within a couple of days.

The twin's mother had Covid and is recovering slowly, but it's requiring a lot of time on both their parts - especially the one not associated with the store. A phone call to check on the order should clear anything up. As others said, usually, they are very prompt.

A Google search said they are closed, reopening Tuesday @9:30AM, EST, Their website says they are open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, varying times.

They are back from vacation.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting with Rachael @Quilted Twins. Since I hadn’t heard of them I didn’t know they are also Christians. We had a very thought provoking conversation and I will be ordering from them again.
Who knew they also have a fabric line in which they share their abiding faith in Jesus? I didn’t, and my hope is to buy their Resurrection panel.

I just wanted to update my posting and I’ll let you all know when my package arrives.

I got my fabric from Quilted Twins and I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Thanks for the update. I know I have ordered from them and was happy with the time it took to get it.
