Quilters Dream Fusion Cotton Batt question

Has anyone used this?

Here are the directions:

"It has a "built-in fusible web. Simply layer with fabric- iron- and your quilt top or bottom is layered seamlessly with your Dream Fusion Cotton Batting."

When I bought it I didn't realize it fused on one side only.

Anyone know how this works? I cannot figure out this concept for the life of me~

Thanks,
Susie

It sounds like just a fusible batting. They do only have the fusing material on one side. I have never used fusible batting for a quilt, only for purses and bags so I can't tell you how it works for a quilt.

I've bought fusible batting before (different brand) that fused on both sides. That's why this one has me stumped.

well fuse one side, then spray baste the other.

I accidentally bought that kind once. I fused it to the backing, then pinned the top to it. It actually worked pretty good because the backing part was smooth and a little stiff.

Yeah, I pinned the front. It feels like a really nice product.
I just hadn't heard of it before.

I have used the Dream fusion Poly batting once but it has been years ago. I don't recall the exact steps I took but...
I called the Company's number and spoke to a lovely lady that instructed me the proper way to fuse the batting. If the batting package doesn't show a number to call, then go to their website. Let us know if you liked it and good luck.

I notified customer service and they responded immediately. I was very impressed by that!
A problem I had was that none of it adhered and she is sending me a new package.
But now I know how to use it. So that's good :)
