Can anyone tell me where to find the form for a "quilter's will?"
I had printed it from the internet once a long time ago. Of course now that I'd like to fill it out and put it where it can be found whenever necessary, it's nowhere in the house. I'm not on my deathbed, don't worry. A couple of my quilty friends and I were talking about what on earth would happen to all of our treasured quilting stuff when the "time" comes. (we're all of a certain age) I think DH would just give it all to the thrift shop if they'd come clear out the room for him. But I'd rather certain things went to certain people. Sure I could just leave a note, but I KNOW there is a form somewhere. Anyone know where? |
this should help.

Thanks again. 8-) |
Oh my gosh. . I never thought of that. Just like people who think they should pay $5.00 for a hand made quilt would have no idea what it really is worth, same with my husband. He would proably just toss any fabric. :)

ok Bev, I will keep looking

Hi,
Why can't you just include it in your main will as my attorney stated to me that you can word it how you want to give things to others. Wow! a Quilters Will! Karen |

well Bev, if you are concerned about them having a good home, you can avoid the heartache from heaven and just send them to me now. I will take very good care of them.
