Now that Thanksgiving is over, I feel like I can think about quilting for Christmas. I just don't know where to begin. I want to see what some of you are making.

So far, all I've made for Christmas decoration is a tree skirt, and I suspect that'll be all this year, as I need to start and finish a lap quilt for my Mom for her Christmas present. I shall start cutting tomorrow.

Here is where I posted the tree skirt pictures http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-79548-1.htm

Good luck and show us what you make:)

Lap quilts for my sis, daughter and myself. And a quilt for my soon to be son in law.

I just finished a quilt for my granddaughter. But mostly I am making aprons. I have all the fabric and am going to iron it tonight. I got some jumbo rickrack to put on them today. So, I am getting ready. The GD quilt was a priority so onto aprons, hopefully. But, I'm only making half aprons with Christmas fabric.

Your Christmas tree skirt is beautiful!!! I'm going to see if I can get the book. Thanks for giving us the pattern location. I loved it.

Wow, I love the Mug Rug! Thanks for the Great Idea. I've been looking for something that I can make for my friends that would be fairly quick and easy.

Your lap quilts are so pretty! I know they will be loved and enjoyed. What great gifts and lucky recipients!

I would really like to know where you found the cat fabric, and whose line it is. My daughter, the cat lover, with a great sense of humor, would be so delighted with it!

Also, meant to add that all of you are putting me to shame! I'm just getting my thoughts together for gifts. You're obviously good organizers, and very lovely seamstresses. All your gifts are beautiful and inspiring! Thank you for posting the pictures...it really helps to give great ideas. And the tutorials are definitely a blessing. Many, many thanks!!
