I'm in love with this bag but it looks hard to do..... https://bluecallapatterns.com/blogs/...nia-bowler-bag
Plus, it needs a lot of extra stuff, which would make it expensive. By the time I was done I wouldn't have any money to put in it. Watson |
The various accoutrements for purses add up but are worth the cost I think. It's what takes a bag from "oh so you made that?" to "I can't believe you made that!" and I think our time is worth the difference in reaction.

Watson you don’t have to use all of the hardware that she uses on the Boronia bag if that’s what you’re talking about. If however you’re referring to the different types of stabilizers just wait until they are on sale and pick them up. I use SF 101 as well as Flex foam predominantly in my bags especially at the beginning when I started out making bags. There are definitely other types that are more expensive but I wouldn’t spend on them until I knew for sure that I was going to continue making them. I do however use zipper by the yard but only because I make a lot with the same color zip. Hopefully these are the things you were referring to!

Well couldn't get her to post them herself, but here are some of the cork projects my friend in Arizona has been doing.
