I need some help on how to quilt a top make from embroidery blocks. To quilt around the design .I haven't quilted a one that has been embroidery before.

Most just quilt an outline around the designs. You can repeat the outline a few times to help fill up the area. This is called echo quilting :D:D:D

I have done a design in the center of the block but not sure how you would do it around a design with an Embroidery machine if that is what you mean otherwise echo stitching may work or stippling.

I either do echo quilting or stipple. Kind of depends on the designs I have used.

Are your blocks hand embroidered or machine?
The ones I have done that are hand usually have a quilting line on them.

I do a combination of SID and echoing, or just SID.
