Hello All
I am looking for the name of a quilt frame/machine and was wondering if anyone on these boards might know.
I saw it on display at a quilt show last year. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The concept of this machine quilting frame was that you placed your own sewing machine onto a "tray" that had casters on the bottom of it. You moved that tray around to quilt your quilt. There was a simple frame that held your quilt in place. It appeared to be a simple homemade design. I remember picking up the brochure from the gentleman, checking out the website, and now I can't find any of it.
Any ideas? Does it ring a bell with anyone? I'd really like to look at this affordable option again.
Thanks in advance,
Bonnie

The only one I can think of is John Flynn but the quilt frame is on PVC pipe and I didn't think that the machine moved at all. Soryy :?

Hello from another quilter in Cincinnati. I am also doing research on quilt frames just like you are asking about. If you will send me a PM I will send you information.

There is the Handi-Quilter model and Grace frames, I would try either of those to see if it is what you meant. You could also do a search on-line for quilting machines and find several options. Good luck.

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I have done the google search for every combination of words I could think of. I have seen the John Flynn one and the Grace frames, those aren't the ones. I'll have to wait and see if it comes around in a quilt show again.
Thanks,
Bonnie

I know exactly what you are talking about. Let me check another forum, a poster there posted about having one. I just have to remember which forum it was!

Bonnie wrote to me and told me it was the Easy Quilter II that I had mentioned among others.

http://www.easyquilter.com/eq2.htm is the link.

I also live in Cincinnati and am hoping to meet Bonnie soon. Thanks to others who were trying to help find this frame.
