Quilting ideas for disappearing 4 patch
I stitched up an "emergency" quilt for my sister who is critically ill. It started with 10 inch blocks from which I made the disappearing 4 patch. It is a simple red and white quilt. Would you share your ideas for how to quilt this? I'm finding practically nothing online. I need to get this done fairly quickly, but I don't want to do an all over meander. Thank you in advance!

Since it is in red and white, how about a simple heart in the big squares and little heart in the small squares?

Without seeing a picture of the quilt, I don't have any ideas other than a pretty panto instead of a meander, I find pantos go pretty fast. Unless you are using a DSM, of course.
Prayers for your sister. |

That's very pretty! I would do something curvy. You didn't say, are you quilting on a frame or your DSM?

Beautiful piecing. It's gonna be great no matter what quilt design you use.

maybe simple continous curves on the larger squares and then just travel along the seam(SID) through the crosses

Very pretty quilt.
