I have a used Gammill Classic Plus. It was my 2nd upgrade coming from a Juki on a table top frame, then upgraded to an HQ16 and then the Gammill. I found it on www.houseofhanson.com Look under 'formerly owned machines' on the right hand side. I suggest going to a quilt show and trying as many as you can get your hands one. One will feel like a good fit with the right price. There IS a learning curve so be patient.
Good Luck! Beth in AZ |
About how much do these longarms run with frame? I'm still looking at what to buy and how much to put into it.

You might be able to get a used set up, like an HQ16 or a tin lizzie for around 6K give or take, maybe even less. They go up from there. There are less expensive options like a Bailey stretched machine. Google it and you will get a good idea. Many of the manufacturers and dealers publish prices on the internet. |
