I have a used Gammill Classic Plus. It was my 2nd upgrade coming from a Juki on a table top frame, then upgraded to an HQ16 and then the Gammill. I found it on www.houseofhanson.com Look under 'formerly owned machines' on the right hand side. I suggest going to a quilt show and trying as many as you can get your hands one. One will feel like a good fit with the right price. There IS a learning curve so be patient.

Good Luck!

About how much do these longarms run with frame? I'm still looking at what to buy and how much to put into it.

Are you sitting down? ;) A brand new Innova, like what I have, will probably run you around 10K to 11K once it is all said and done (shipping, tax, install fee if you opt for one and have a dealer that can do it)

You might be able to get a used set up, like an HQ16 or a tin lizzie for around 6K give or take, maybe even less. They go up from there. There are less expensive options like a Bailey stretched machine. Google it and you will get a good idea. Many of the manufacturers and dealers publish prices on the internet.
