most are given away to worthy groups. they arre simple so easy to make and not expensive.
Also for samples for my classes. |
I love to sew and I MUST always be learning something new. Quilting fills both avenues of creativity. I give almost everything as gifts to family. When I get a little better, I will donate to Ronald McDonald House.

All of the above, I guess. I make them for special friends and always for family. I usually make 3 or 4 a month for Llinus. I make them to be given to soldiers in hospital, abd for friends who have soldiers in family. Lately (since I'm getting older) I am trying to make a few really nice ones for us that will be passed down when I die. Sounds silly, maybe, but I treasure some I have made by grandmothers and great grandmothers. Also, for any charity the grand childlren are involved in, like for silent auctions, etc.

Most of mine are justs for fun. And I would always like for the quilts I gift to be used.

ALL THE ABOVE...lol

I started making quilts because they are so beautiful and it's like coloring in a coloring book, you don't see the full picture until you're finished. Now I quilt because I just love doing it and love the joy it gives me to give them to my family members. Plus, the time enjoyed with my little quilt group that I see twice a month.
