Try listing one of the tops on Ebay...nothing too fancy...but it might bring you enough to get a bit of batting...

I would first look and see what they are getting for the tops.

How about offering to quilt - for money or for trade in batting? Depending on the size(s) you need and the kind you like, you could get some batting, get some of yours done, sell them...

post some pictures in the sale ad here and try to sell your tops
