Do not miss the UNL quilt museum in Lincoln! It is great. Quilt shops in Omaha, I frequent Country Sampler at 120th and Center, my favorite. There are just a couple others that you can look up online, I'm not familiar with them, but sound nice. Then if you want to drive, but not that far, The Quilted Moose in Gretna. Could combine that with trip to Lincoln. Another fun shop is Country Traditions in Fremont. About 25 miles northwest of Omaha. If you want more info PM me. Hope you enjoy your trip!

There are a lot of choices in the Omaha area. Council Bluffs, Iowa has Cut Up & Quilt. In Omaha, Modern Quilter at the Quilt Studio (north of 50th & L), Mangelsen's, Sew Creative and the shops mentioned above. We have lost 4 stores in the past 4 years. There are also a couple of quilt shops in Lincoln. Have fun.

Thanks. We are going to try to go to the museum tomorrow. I’ll try to make it to a quilt store but not sure if we’ll have time.
