Hello, Has anyone used the thread from connecting threads?
it is called Essential Cotton thread. I am looking for a new place to buy thread. The 1200M spools are only $2.96 USD that is a great price for a large spool!

I will be using it in my sewing machine. no hand quilting for me.

did you like the thread?

did it give any problems?
IE: breaking?
fuzzies when machine used?

what tension did you set you machine at while top stitching?

tension for FQM?

Thank you
Chris

If you do a search on thread, you will find many topics on this. I haven't used this type of thread.

I use it and really like it and the price is right. I never had to adjust the tension but I use the same thread in the bobbin.

I like the thread but find it very linty. Once I use up my supply of it, I doubt I will order more.

I use it and love it. Can't beat the price.

I have about 30 spools and love it, I don't find it linty.

I have all their colors, I think. They used to put out a line of variegated colors that is really pretty and I'll be sorry when I use all of that up.

It is a little lintier than some other brands for me - about the same as Star quilting cotton. I guess some people have extraordinary amounts of lint from it, but none of my machines have acted like that with it so far. (knock wood!)

I use all of their thread and I love it! I have never had a problem.

I have used it, but it seems a little thick to me. maybe its just me. Didn't give me any problems in my sewing machine, just felt a little different than what I'm used to.
