I want to make some quilts for the victims of the flooding in Eastern NY. At least 3 churches in our denomination have been devastated. Does anyone have any ideas on best size to make? I'm thinking twin size but not sure. It won't be long until it is cold here and they have lost everything.

In a case like this, I would imagine any size would be welcome, especially twin and double, people will be lying on mats or folding cots in shelters till they can go home.

Yes, I think any size will be appreciated. Children's sizes, too. They really need a cuddle, what with their homes devastated.

We're in Minot, ND, where the flood in May and June badly damaged 1/4 of the homes and apartments.
