Could someone please tell how much batting, you need for the quilts for kids?
I'm off to town and havn't pieced it yet.

if the quilt size is about 38 x 44 you will to add at least 2 to 4 inches to each side, to keep from haveing to work my brain LOL, I add 10 inches (the extra goes in my stash)
48 X 54 inchs plus of minus is what I would look for on the package or 1 1/2 yards off the roll.
I add that much as I load it on my HQ midarm.

hope that helps

I couldn't find a measurement on the directions and
I don't have the kit, to see how big the back is.
I'm making it from my stash, and can't remember how much I bought for the kit. A yard and a half should be plenty.
Thanks

I just got my kit yesterday and it says.....it doesn't say, only thing it says is to use batting with low loft, only 1/8 to 1/4.

I think I used a crib package.
