Waaaaaaaaaaaaay over my budget. I have found that from books and all the videos on the internet, I have learned a wealth of quilting knowledge. At the same time, I must confess that I'm not a "show quilter" and just do easy and quick quilts. So I guess it's all relavent to what your situation is and what you need to learn

Well....good instruction does not come cheap. If you can afford it, and you learn something, it is worth it.
With that said...my philosophy lately has been, "more doing, less taking classes". I know how to do things, I just have to practice and make time to accomplish and learn on my own. |
I think they're "having a lend" my girl! I'd keep my money in my pocket and spend it on some lovely fabric and a few good quilting books.

I totally agree with you

The president has frozen my limited income a few years ago. I couldn't afford it. :-(

You could have a great quilt retreat/get together with the QB members in your area. :)

Good idea i think the lady running the show is a member of QB LOL I don't think there would be many members of QB where we are. Can one find out through QB?

That is way out of my budget. But I have seen some that was more than that. That much for the class + you had to pay for your motel room and only got lunch and one dinner.

I think that is tooo high. We are going to LQS for 3 day weekend for $60. Looking forward to having great fun.
