Rearview MIRROR
Has anyone purchased one of these mirrors. It attaches to the back of you machine, then you bend it down to view free motion and embroidery behind your needle. Does it really do anything for you?

I can't see how it would help me, it is easy to see behind the needle without one. I guess see if the stitch is messed up a second earlier. If there is a helpful reason for it, or great for professional machines, someone may know.

Seems to me it would be confusing since you'd be seeing a "mirror image" of your quilting

I doubt it would be helpful for me. It would probably just be in the way.

Had to google it, had never heard of it before. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHHOY4XIPKM

I watched the video and found it strange that she didn't demo actually using the mirror with the machine running. I couldn't see how it would help with anything. I can see how it could get in the way though.

Rear view mirror
It’s used for ruler work so you can check positions and stitching behind the machine.
