Rose the knife is a generic store brand up here in Canada. The PC stands for President’s Choice which is the type sold at the Superstore. I like to buy inexpensive peeling knives($2) and sharpen them when they get dull or buy a new one.

I save batting scraps for stuffing or to make quilted ornaments.
