What do I do, and how long do I have to be on the board to be a reg. here ?

Participate in the give and take on a regular basis.

try to reply/comment a little more often that what you have done so far.....

you become a regular when you log in and participate on a regular basis...stop by every day, read some posts, comment on occassion and you will be a regular in no time

"top poster" -- a user with the highest number of posts.

"moderator" -- users who help moderate the board.

User accounts registered over two weeks ago (on any given day) but with less than 20 posts in the previous two weeks don't have any title associated with them."
