Remove micron pen marks??

A dog chewed up a micron pen and the ink got on the back of a quilt. Does anyone know of anything that will remove the ink? Thanks

I know these are permanent, but I got red marker out of my husband pants one time with toothpaste. The orig. crest.

I read an article about Micron pens and believe that they are only permanent on paper products. The person who wrote it tested lots of different products. Another article found that blue Dawn took out fabric bleed-mYbe that will work on your quilt. At least it should not hurt it! I have also used alcohol on ink and permanent marker. Good luck!

As a nurse, I always got ink on my uniforms above the pocket area. I spayed the stain with hairspray and it washed out. Don't know if this would work with Micron pens.

Test on a scrap first, starting with hair spray.

Tartan is right. Test it out first on a piece of scrap fabric. These pens are made to be permanent.

Well the label I made using pigma micron pen washed out in a few washings. It was on muslin and heat set. I guess it depends if you want it to wash out or not. LOL
