l love the applecore die. The centers are marked for an easy perfect fit. The quilt in my avatar has the rose of sharon applique on the borders.

When the Go first came out I bought it and every die that came with it, all were geometric dies then. I knew immediately I would love it and what a great help it would be. I like Acccuquilt because the products are all for quilting and sewing.

Too expensive for my limited budget. Most of the time I am using strip pieces of all sorts of widths. Just wouldn't get my money's worth out of one. Glad that you are enjoying yours.

Even though the dies for the Studio are more expensive, aren't they guaranteed for life? My DIL has a hand crank one but doesn't use it as often as she used to. I may need to rethink this also as I do mostly scrap quilts, and it seems like I have been spending a lot of time cutting lately.

I cut paper, foil, foam, anything that can be cut with scissors using my dies. They still cut fabric just fine and aren't dull. I don't baby them at all. It's for cutting and that is what I use it for.

I love mine too. Bought it at the Road to CA show several years ago. I think it took me a year to really start using it. But once you get the hang of it, you start looking at all the dies with interest. Just bought the Owl die - it looks like fun and it was on sale, so it is on its way to me now. :-)

Thanks for sharing. My older son was asking what I wanted for Christmas so I went to their site and emailed him about 5 of the links I wanted.

I just bought 2 dies at the AQS show this month. The Ohio star and a tumbler. I don't make a lot of quilts, but when I do, I love my AccuQuilt! Dh bought it for me one Christmas.

I love my accuquilt Go. It saves me time, energy and frustration. I traced all shapes onto clear plastic templates and keep them with the dies. whenever I get ready to cut some shapes, I place the template over the fabric and cut a general shape out so I can "save" fabric. If you decide to do this, I would recommend writing the name of the die, the # of the die and the size of the shape. This will save lots of time in the long run.

I bought a Studio last month and have added several strip dies. It's so greatly changed how I quilt. Cutting has always been my least favorite quilting step . . .now, I actually look forward to it.
