This is the method we used to make ribbon roses for many years, you know in the "olden" days.:o

Check you tube for fabric roses. Should be able to adapt for a pincusion.

No info at all. I am going to find some wool(heavy stuff like coats are made of) cut a strip 2 - 2 1/2 in and play around.

It looks like she did a little overcast stitching on the edges so it wouldn't change it's shape once she got it the way she wanted it. Let us know how it works with the heavy wool strip and if that size works for you.

This looks something like it. If you use felted wool cut the strips wider and follow these directions I think you would have it. http://www.susieharrisblog.com/2009/...-and-more.html
