rotary cutter won't go back together... HELP

I have a 60 mm quick change Olfa cutter, and while I was taking it apart, it flew out of my hands.. Now I don't know in which order the parts go.. When I try to slip the thing that holds it, it won't lock.. Hope someone has ideas.. I have 45 mm, but I like using the big one..

Maybe this will help. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24niAZnwT-Q

Look at the 45mm to see how it goes together. From memory, the blade goes on so that it is facing the front, then the springie thing so that it is pointing at you (hope that makes sense!!!!), then the nut/screw. That's all the pieces, isn't it?

The side of the nut/screw with the ridge goes to the inside.

I am not any closer to finding a way to put it together. I watched the video, and read the directions. The closest I am getting to it staying together, is cutting my finger.. Ughhhh.. I can't figure out why it's not staying locked.. We don't have a LQS anywhere close, but since I have to take the dogs to the groomer on the island, I will be taking it to the LQS about 35 miles away.. I don't go there often, but they know me because I buy their scraps, and make sure I drop money there to keep them in business..

Did you perhaps lose a piece of it when it dropped? Maybe a small lock washer?

Thanks, Mitch's mom.. I don't think so, but haven't vacuumed so will check.. It feel like it more than too tight. Like I am not putting the pieces back in the right order

Okay, so I am not losing it.. I took it in to the LQS which is not that local 40 miles away.. It is broken, and that is why what was supposed to be easy was problematic. I emailed Olfa, as they have a guarantee. I also bought another cutter that isn't quick release.
