after cuting flannel on my cutting board the lint is inbeded in the cutting groves. How do I get this cleaned.

Hi! You may want to try using a green scrubber (like you'd use on dishes) on your rotary mat. Just rub it on the mat -- it should clean up your mat. Cheryl

ok thanks I will try it and let you know how effective it is.

I had the same thing happen cutting batting on my mat . Well the kitchen scrubber didn't help . Tried a lint roller , helped a little . Had to pick , pick , pick  I think I need a different mat ! Annie

However, if the grooves in your mat are too deep, simply flip the mat over and use the back. It's like having a brand new cutting mat all over again! :D |
Good tips :D :D :D

I never thought of flipping my mat over. Thanks for the suggestion.

I use packing tape or Duck Tape, by wrapping it around my hand and a scrubbing motion.
