Its on HGTV and its about a woman who is building and decorating her house. She purchased an antique quilt that she was going to design her bedroom around.

Is that the old farm house? I have seen the advertisements but have never watched the show. Will have to look for the reruns. Thanks for the info.

Yes that is the one, she buys a 45 acre farm with an old house on it and completely remodels the house and puts on a very large addition. According to the show she paid $500,000 for the place and budgeted $600,000 for the addition/remodel. She ends up going over budget by $130,000 but is able to get a real estate valuation at about $1.5 million. Good thing it is located within commuting distance to Toronto, On. because no farmer I know is going to pay $1.5m for 45 acres of pasture land
