Wonderful quilt! I start binding scallops just off center of a scallop. Then I can finish off same as a straight edge. My first scallop quilt I watched Sharon Shamber's tutorial and it was a lifesaver. Good luck and by all means, don't cut until after your binding is machine sewed down--then only cut as you go while hand sewing the binding in place.
